User Obligations and Information Accuracy

Use of the Company's services is **free for all Registered Users**. However, the Company reserves the right to levy any service charges as applicable from time to time in consideration of the Services provided.

The Services accessed via the Application may require you to supply personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your:

• Passport, Voter ID card issued by the Election Commission of India, or valid driving license.
• Permanent Account Number (“PAN”) card.
• Aadhaar number (the unique identification number).

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in certain disruptive or destructive acts while using the Application. These include, but are not limited to:

• "Flaming," "spamming," "flooding," and "trolling".
• "Phishing" and "griefing".
• Using any meta tags or "hidden text" utilizing the Company's or its affiliates' names or trademarks without prior written consent.
• Hosting, displaying, uploading, posting, or sharing any information that is grossly harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or belongs to another person to which you do not have any right.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

When you use the Application, we collect and store the Personal Information you provide. The main goal is to provide you with the best customized price and offers.

Mandatory vs. Optional Data

In general, you can browse the Application without revealing any Personal Information. However, once you provide Personal Information, you are no longer anonymous. During the collection process, we indicate which input fields are **mandatory** and which are **optional**.
